We all know that AIDS, a deadly disease that has spread much in the last century. Like many of us really know how this disease affects people in particular, and what that means?

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus. This virus causes AIDS. Initiating the disease, once this is done, the disease continues to evolve, until the death of infected people.
For now, the disease is not curable. Can be delayed only in its development, with drugs and surgery. AIDS was declared an official disease-oriented and the rest of the disease in 1981. Unfortunately, the number of deaths caused by them is very large and growing. According to the World Health Organization, the number of deaths from this disease 2 9 million in 2006, and the World Wide number of infected people is 39 5 million.
What is really wrong is the fact that a growing number of people infected each year. According to the same organization, the number of people who get the disease each year up to 4 3 million. Internationally, it seems that people living with HIV than 1 percent for those aged 15-45. It is also assumed that in Africa the proportion of persons of the same age group who were infected with HIV, until now, 20 per cent or more in some specific regions. These statistics should be a wake-up call to all people around the world. HIV and what they can do to the human body is terrible and people should be more concern.
AIDS describes all diseases with the HIV virus (HIV)-associated infections. This infection leads to a weakening and eventually destroys the immune system of humans. Almost all people infected and not treated in order to develop AIDS.
This has devastating effects, especially on the younger population, especially young people who are sexually active. This is not the rule, however, and this does not mean that the rest of the categories of people are safe. It is usually transferred through sexual contact, but that is not the only way to spread the virus.
It can also be transmitted from mother to fetus, so a child can be born carrying the virus. A child born with this virus has little chance of survival and the possibility that the boy died before he or she knows that the world and enjoy the gift of life and all aspects of a person must know before you die. The virus is spread through contact with the blood of the mother or after birth through breastfeeding. Final development of all AIDS patients, although modern treatments, sophisticated and expensive that have been applied are, together with the spread of the disease is alarming. Noting that children are increasingly affected and infected, we should fear the twenty-first century disasters.
